Terms and Conditions

Services Offered:

Gati Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, and related services as agreed upon with the client.

Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their moving requirements, including the nature and quantity of items to be moved. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for the move.

Pricing and Payment:

The pricing for services will be agreed upon between Gati Packers and Movers and the client. Payment terms, including deposits, installment payments, and due dates, will be clearly stated in the agreement. Any additional services requested by the client may incur extra charges.

Liability and Insurance:

Gati Packers and Movers will exercise reasonable care and diligence in handling and transporting client's belongings. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, natural disasters, or unforeseen events. It is recommended that clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their belongings.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The client may cancel or reschedule the services by providing reasonable notice to Gati Packers and Movers. Depending on the timing of the cancellation or rescheduling, applicable fees or charges may apply.

Confidentiality:

Gati Packers and Movers will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the services provided by Gati Packers and Movers will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be under jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
